Hello everyone. I’ve been quite busy this week and haven’t really had the time to write a proper article, so I’m going to be a slacker this week and just put up a few trailers to have a look at. I feel a big rant brewing in me, so I’ll have something good soon. But in the meantime here are some of the up coming movies mentioned last week:
First up is Super 8. This is JJ Abrams tribute to Spielberg Sci-Fi Adventure movies. Supposedly it’s going to be a found footage movie like Cloverfield, but like that movie everything is hush hush. Which makes me believe that nothing in this trailer will be in the film. But still worth a glimpse.

Next we have the new Kevin Smith (Clerks, Zack and Miri Make a Porno) movie Red State which is not a comedy but a thriller. Bit of a change for the man who always has something funny to say. The big news about this is that Smith is self distributing on a road trip around the USA. Which means if you’re lucky enough to live in the States you can not only see the film but it comes with one of Kevin Smith’s famous Q and A’s.

Cars 2 is next up. Probably my least favourite of the Pixar films but that’s like saying it wasn’t quite as perfect as I would have liked. The trailer doesn’t do much but it shows Michael Caine as a James Bond style spy car. That’s a pretty good casting choice.

Pirates 4 is another one I’m not too sure about but lets face it we’re pretty well all going to see it. Now there is a proper trailer out now but I like this one with Jack Sparrow being Jack Sparrow at the beginning.
